He organized airport transfers, upgraded me to a spacious duplex loft apartment, and provided me with valuable advice about the city. The apartment was clean, quiet, and well-equipped with a kitchen and a washing machine. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from Taksim Square and the bustling Istiklal Street. I felt safe in the area and would highly recommend this hotel.
